1. In the dashboard
- Session cookie: A secure, strictly necessary cookie keeps you signed in. It ends when you sign out or the session expires.
- Theme: Your light or dark theme choice is remembered in your browser.
2. On the website widget and hosted pages
No cookies. A random visitor ID and the current conversation reference are kept in the browser's local storage so a conversation can continue if the page reloads, for up to 24 hours. This is strictly necessary for the chat the visitor asked for, and browsers keep it separate for each website, so it cannot track visitors across sites.
3. No tracking
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner.
